The overall direction of all philanthropic projects of the Dhammika & Priscilla Perera Foundation is set by the co-founder and the chairman, Dhammika Perera. In order to achieve a per capita income of USD12,000, along with Priscilla Perera, the co-founders champion human capability development by providing equitable access to free digital education. Dhammika Perera is the author of the “Sri Lanka 2030: Developed Nation” policy book.
